Requesting Idea for Launching (Protocol Bureau)

We would like to request ideas for launching the event. The main element should be symbolic, short and meaningful, related to the carnival (Green IT). If there's any bureaus or individual volunteers that would like to cooperate with the Protocol bureau, your suggestions and help are most welcome.
